帛琉擁有全世界最美麗的海底景觀，而海豚灣就座落在這塊瑰麗的寶石上，它是世界最大且環境最優美飼養海豚的地方。您只須花幾分鐘的時間，從科羅島的市中心搭乘船隻即可抵達。
海豚灣是在2000年1月以非營利性社團法人進入帛琉，依照帛琉共和國的法律登記為一非營利性組織。從無到有當中，我們與關島國際性橋樑組織簽約來建造這耗資$2.5百萬美元的建設。經過14個月的準備及1個颱風的肆虐，海豚灣終於順利的與大家見面了。

Many volunteers are helping by escorting children, elderly people and the handicapped to our facility. Palau Parent Network(P.P.N.). an organization consists of family with handicapped children is engaged in total support of our facility.
We are planning to accept volunteers form every countries.
