Dolphins Pacific welcomes people from all over the world with different needs. Before participating in our programs please take the moment and read the following precautions:

■Please understand that the welfare of our dolphins are very important to us, and therefore we have to restrict the number of people who can interact with them at a time.
□We ask that everyone reserve in advance.
■Please understand that we are dealing with marine mammals and we may terminate the program, if any of our dolphins become sick or show any abnormal behaviors.
□Anyone can participate in our programs.
■In the case the trainers find your behaviors are inadequate, we may ask you to leave the program and premises.
□Although our Feel Dolphins programs are open for people with special needs and we try our best to make our guests happy, we are not professionally trained to be therapists and are not responsible for any problematic actions.
■There are restrictions when using your own camera. Please seek the guidance of our staffs for taking pictures.

Activity Description	Close Encounter is approximately a one-hour program that includes an educational tour of Dolphin Bay with a lecture about the ecology of dolphins and the importance of the environment preservation. Guest will be directed to a platform where they will begin interacting with the dolphins. Swimming ability is not necessary; anyone can enjoy this activity regardless of his or her age. Participants are advised to wear clothing that is suitable to getting wet. Our facility is equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities to enjoy the close encounter program. Wheel chairs are available for handicapped and elderly guests upon request. There will be no picture taking for safety of the guests and our dolphins during the actual touching and interacting with dolphins. A professional photographer will be standing by to take your pictures and will be sold to you if you wish to buy it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE	Participants must take this program prior to any other dolphin activites excluding One Day Trainer program. Guest of all ages are required to wear lifejackets during the boat ride for safety reasons. Lifejackets will be provided at the center. Children 5 years and under are requested to wear lifejackets to ensure their safety during the program. Children 5 years and under must be accompanied by one adult or more. *Children between 6 and 12 must be accompanied by one adult for each two child.

Activity Description	Join in symphony with the dolphins! Swim or snorkel with several of our dolphins in the crystal clear blue waters found within "Dolphin Bay". Begin with a playful introductory splash from our dolphins then slowly work your way into the symphony and experience. Witness first hand how sleek their bodies are when cutting through the calm ocean or how they execute their swimming style to maneuvering their jumps. Ending with a unique experience of a dolphin dorsal tow. Bring your underwater camera and take pictures while swimming with the dolphins. The use of lifejackets are required to wear during this activity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE	Children 0-5 years old are not allowed to participate. Children 6-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult for each child. Life jackets are required for every participants. For safety reasons - pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this program.

Activity Description	Spend elited time with the dolphins! Exclusively swim freely in the dolphins world. This program does not restrict you to the surface and gives you the chance to experience swimming in clear blue water side by side with a dolphin. Dive deep and be aware of the natural world surrounding you as you create a unforgettable moment for you. The memory of dolphins will always stay with you! Feel the essence of the dolphins underwater world with your body and soul! Bring your underewater camera and take exclusive pictures.

IMPORTANT NOTICE	Children 0-12 years old are not allowed to participate. Children 13-18 years old are asked for signature of parent or guardian of approval. Only guest who are able to free dive can participate. However, if considered not the level of safety skill, our staff will ask the participants to stop free diving. If participants still seem to be a threat to dolphins, you may be asked to get out of the water. For safety reasons - pregnant women are not allowed to participate this program.

Participants	Participant who have already experienced our Close Encounter program.
Activity Description	Dolphin Scuba Dive - Prerequisite: Dolphin Close Encounter. This program allows you to enjoy the magnificent under water wonders of Palau with Dolphins, using scuba tank. Sharing the same time and environment with dolphins may make you feel like being a part of Mother Nature. Feel free to enjoy your dream of diving with dolphis in a natural setting! Dolphin Pacific itself will not provide guides for diving. For those making reservations directly with Dolphins Pacific, a guide from an assigned dive shop will be accompanying you in the course of your diving. Divers must show proof of a Dive License. This program with the Close Encounter takes about ２ 1/2-３hours. Actual bottom dive is about time 20-25 minutes.
What to wear and bring	Diving license. Set of diving gears (rental is available upon request) Sun Block（optional） Wetsuits（optional） Persons under the age of 18 years must have parents consent. Please don't forget to bring your diving license and must be presented in order to dive. *For safety reasons - pregnant women are not allowed to participant this program.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
※Rule of PADI	Children 0-8 years old are not allowed to participate. Children 9-18 years old must have a certified dive license. When you go for diving, you are advised to leave at a certain time before boarding an airplane. ●What time before boarding it after having dived that needs a decompression stop More than ⇒ 24 hours ●What time before boarding it after having dived in decompression free limits. ○A single dive (a diving only for once after much time passed from a diving from six hours) More than ⇒ minimum 12 time ○After I passed on a repetition diving and plural days, and having dived More than ⇒ minimum 18 time, the above is ideal for 24 hours Please READ here!.

Activity Description

This program allows everybody who does not have a certification or experience in scuba diving to dive with dolphins. You will be able to enjoy under water world with dolphins under supervision of instructor(s). NECO Marine provides diving instructors.

Activity Description	How about spending a day by the side of dolphins with a dolphin trainer. This program allows you to experience a day as a Dolphin Trainer. You will get an insiders view of the day-to-day activities of our animal care staff training and a chance to feed the dolphins. A Dolphin Staff T-shirt will be given at the end of the day, as a token of appreciation, and you will be the envy of everybody. This program costs $140 per adult.
